What customers say
Spacious, well-kept sites with great views. Hot tubs and fire pits are hits! Staff are friendly and helpful, offering good value. It's a peaceful spot, handy for exploring. A few minor tweaks suggested for pods, and could do with more loos and showers.

Liked Lovely relaxing stay. Enough space between pods so you don’t feel overlooked. Hot tub was perfect temperature for arrival and the pods are lovely with beautiful views.

Large open site with good facilities
Powered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Hot shower, clean toilets, plenty of space
Disliked Only one shower for the whole site. This wasn't a problem for us as there weren't many other campers the night we were there but if the site had been any fuller, it could have been.

From the manager: Hi,
Thanks for the review. The site is never that full so one shower hasn't been an issue. I can understand that the site is big but I do restrict my numbers. In fact even when we're full the shower hardly even gets used!
Incredible value, nice area only 20 minutes to Newcastle city centre
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Very spacious and well kept. Immaculately mown due to the two cute little robot mowers.
Very level and flat.
Really excellent value and perfect for what we needed. Only 20 minutes or so to Newcastle city centre.
Only a single shower so I don’t know how that would be if the site gets busy but it’s an excellent shower and the toilets were warm and clean.
I like wind turbines and there are a few in the adjacent field, very relaxing to watch and I didn’t find them noisy.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

Good campsite nearby to the Northumberland coast.
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Lots of room to spread out. Lovely big site with well kept grass pitches.
Friendly owner David comes and checks on you once you’ve set up and will help with any queries. This is camping so facilities are adequate but on our visit there were only five pitches in use. Great value for money.
