Reasonable location, tired but clean facilities.
Powered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Location is great. Big skies and a great selection of birds to spot. Really useful bus stops at the bottom of the lane to Cromer one way and Wells next the sea and beyond the other. Facilities were basic but clean and in working order.
Disliked Whilst pitches were a reasonable size as there was no marking out, people were constantly walking right past. No idea of privacy. Dog poop was fairly abundant and there seemed like very little presence by the site owners.

From the manager: thankyou for your review Andrew Tunley we are constantly reminding dog owners to clean up the mess we have already put a limit on the amount of dogs allowed maybe we will have to limit it further, you did visit the site when it was very full and it is a public campsite so people can and should be able to walk between the tents we spend 12 to 14 hour days 7 days a week working on and around the campsite including running the front end and the IT thats why we constantly get thanked for keeping it so clean and tidy i hope you return maybe try the site out of the busiest time of the year

Liked Clean facilities
Disliked Quite close to other pitches and caravan park. Very expensive stay for two nights - even considering the electric pitch.

Wonderful campsite with clean facilities, great views, & friendly staff
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Good tent pitch with plenty of room. Showers, toilets and wash hand basins always clean. Washing up room clean and tidy.
Freezers for ice blocks. Washing machine and dryers available.
Great views over marshes. Wonderful location for walking and on the Coastal hopper route.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Quite site and could get to sleep. Only disturbance was wildlife, a fox barking at night a couple of times.
Disliked The campsite are no longer able to charge my mobile phone and it caused a bit of a problem.

My favourite camp site
Powered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Facilities, clean and in good repair. Plenty to go round.
Location, I have yet to find a better.
Esprit de corps, friendly staff and campers.
Disliked The top of the site where the electric points are is exposed to NW winds. Prevailing winds being from the opposite quarter it's not a deal breaker, until it is. The bottom of the site is sheltered from all directions though, and all the site is sheltered from everything except north westerlies.
