Simple, spacious and quiet… the pitches at Four Oaks Camping are just that. This East Anglia farm site is an excellent choice for wildlife-loving individuals and families. Back to basics and rural, it’s in a remote corner of North Wootton village, yet still well-connected to local attractions and historic locations such as King’s Lynn (15 minutes’ drive), Sandringham Estate and Castle Rising (both 10 minutes). Based within the Norfolk Coast National Landscape, the site has mighty-fine views over the open skyline. Environmentally respectful facilities provided include composting loos, solar electricity, mains water for drinking and (alfresco) washing, wash pails and eco-friendly soaps. This is an off-grid site, so don’t expect mains electricity or chemical disposal points. Firepits are permitted and handily, the site sells logs sustainably sourced from the local area. What else to expect? Group bookings and space for events can be arranged, and well-behaved dogs are welcome too. If you’re in need of a snack, the local pub is 10 minutes’ walk from the site and there are shops selling essentials within a couple of miles.

A lovely, peaceful eco-campsite with plenty of space. Folks loved the friendly owners and neat facilities (compost toilets, charging points). Get a glimpse of local wildlife and enjoy communal fire pits. Hot showers aren't on the menu, but there's running water. Perfect for a chill, back-to-basics escape.

Liked Everything, facilities as described and plenty of room, peaceful and relaxing. One stat but booked next night as enjoyed it so much, great design of toilets and washing area, enjoyed a great cold shower, very friendly owners

Liked We enjoyed our stay very much! Tranquil setting with loads of space. Perfect for relaxing in nature and to disconnect from modern life.
The care and attention to detail that has been put into transforming this field into a summer campsite is superb! Nice, clean toilets, a basic shower, dishwashing facilities and even a place to charge up necessary electronic devices.
Nearby forests and beaches are well worth visiting. Simon and Asia are wonderful hosts - we would definitely return!

Liked Great location. Very peaceful but with easy access to the main road that takes you to North Norfolk and its delightful victorian resorts.Two massive fields with lots of room to pitch. Good facilities. Friendly and helpful owners.

The immediate area has plenty of pleasant trails for biking, including cycle-friendly tracks and traffic-light country lanes to attractions such as the mighty 12th-century keep at Castle Rising (10 minutes’ cycle on National Cycle Route 1).
