  • Adults-only CAMC members' site three miles from Great Malvern
  • On the edge of Malvern Hills National Landscape, with lovely views
  • Three Counties Showground 300 metres away; animals to meet on site
Off to an event at the Three Counties Showground? If you're a Caravan And Motorhome Club member, Hillview Stables Certified Location is the place to base yourselves. This members-only site in the Worcestershire countryside is less than 300 metres from the main entrance, and the Hillview office can also sometimes leads to early access to showground activities and events. There's more to this place than just the nearby showground, of course – three miles from Great Malvern and on the edge of the Malvern Hills National Landscape, it’s in a great position for all sorts of activities and outings. This is a fabulous area for walks, of course, and there are plenty of options around for fishing, watersports, golf, horse riding and cycling among other activities. The city of Worcester is about 25 minutes’ drive away as well. That’s not to say that you have to be out and about at all times – this is a scenic site with a lovely backdrop of the Malvern Hills, so you could just as easily park up here and simply put your feet up to enjoy the views. This is an adults-only site, so it's a pretty peaceful place, and your neighbours will be the resident farm animals that live in the adjacent fields. The site is designed for tourers, so it's got electric hookups for the pitches and a chemical disposal point. Other facilities include a toilet block and access to running water, and you're welcome to bring along a barbecue to cook your dinner.

From the manager: This person arrived on the current wettest day of the year, there was a hard standing pitch available for this customer, that he was offered but refused. He was rude and ignorant from the start, stating that ‘ he was not aware that the rain affected us her’ it’s a small local Grass Site. The customer in question had electricity and water next to his van and his view was not affected.
Very rude individual.

Liked: Pitch nice and flat and well positioned with good views.
Great position for neighboring showground. Owners very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed seeing the horses being schooled and exercised.

Disliked: Would have benefited from some additional fresh water stands servicing the run of motorhome pitches... as opposed to single tap at the end of the field.
Chemical disposal point would be better served via wider funnel opening, as opposed to sunken pipe. Less likely to make a mess.

Liked: Lovely site, situated close to the Three Counties Show Ground. . . . about a 10 minute walk across the fields and you are at the south gate, which was ideal as it gave a basecamp to be able drop in and out.

Site is extremely well kept, flat and well located for exploring the area. The campsite is contained within a farm, stables and equestrian centre.

The owners were lovely, helpful and accommodating.

Grass pitches only, which personally I prefer, even after intense downpour was not waterlogged and camper did not sink into the grass. .

I was staying with my four legged friend, dogs must be kept on a led as not to upset the horses or sheep. the sites' location is Immediately adjacent to the site is the Wyche Way, which led directly into fields and to the Malvern Hills. so dog walking is no a problem.

Disliked: Single unisex toilet, although clean and well kept as was no issue over the week end, might not be enough if the campsite was busy.

Liked: A lovely, simple little campsite in a great location.

There were no showers but we knew that before we stayed. The toilet was clean.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We would stay here again, and it's a great option if you can't get a pitch on the Three Counties Showground.

Disliked: It would be great to have an option to pay in full before arrival rather than having to pay a small deposit when booking, then the balance on arrival.

Liked: Large grass field, plenty of water taps, chemical waste point, very quiet site. Good access to walks and Great Malvern.

Disliked: One toilet, was very clean though.
A drive over drain to empty grey waste would be good.

Liked: Nice area, nice site, nice owner and family. Very convenient for the Three Counties show ground (walking distance). Surrounded by fields of which some contained horses and sheep and an equestrian arena where horses were being occasionally riden. Little bit of road noise during the day but very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
