What customers say
Wellness Woodlands: spacious, peaceful site with lovely nature & calm vibe. Clean facilities, friendly staff, plenty of room for kids. Near Severn Valley Railway. Minor points: occasional cobwebs, limited showers at peak times, wish for more for young kids.

Unpowered grass and earth tent site
Liked Warm and welcoming host (Jess) who went the extra mile to make us comfortable. A beautiful setting, an interesting/charming topography/aesthetic and sparsely populated giving the genuine experience of nature/outdoors. Quiet yet very family friendly. Planning on going again next year and for longer!

Unpowered grass and earth tent site
Liked Set on a part of a former 18 hole golf course, this campsite is magical.
Although basic, the site is well maintained and has everything you need, including a clean shower and toilet block, access to drinking water across the site, washing up facilities (including hot water) and a fridge / freezer.
However, there is only one male and female shower, so I can imagine at busy times these are in demand.
There's plentiful space and lots of areas to explore. The site is well situated for local attractions or walks, including the Severn Valley railway and station at Highley. By staying here you're rewarded by the occasional sounds of the local steam engines.
This site is a haven for wildlife, and I found it to be peaceful and serene, a place for rest, tranquility and reflection.
The site is slightly sloped and on different levels, although there are plenty of flat areas for pitching tents. Small wagons are provided to assist with the transfer of gear from the car.
The hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and I was left with the impression that nothing is too much trouble. Infact, due to mobility / health problems I found the hosts assisted above and beyond what I had anticipated.
Overall I loved my stay at this gem of a site, and I'll definitely be back. I hope this site goes from strength to strength as it really does deserve some recognition as a wonderful camping retreat.

Lovely site, location & host, very quiet & peaceful
Unpowered grass and earth tent site
Liked Loved this site it's very spacious and because of all the trees it feels very cozy & welcoming too.The site is well laid out with avenues of pitch areas to choose from between rows of trees, several themed areas for the kids to play in like the fairy village & excalibur sword in the stone.
Jess one of the site owners met us at arrival she was very welcoming, we had a short mid-week stay &.both myself and brother soad we will definitely be back again
Sad that the nest building was closed as it was advertised as a site feature.
Disliked Not a dislike just a point - it was very quiet on the site when we stayed if it was busy I imagine that the shower could be an issue as there was only one male & one female shower & a bit of a walk from the bottom of the site

Fabulous place. Would stay again.
Unpowered grass and earth tent site
Liked Lovely setting. Clean, large pitches. Fairy houses and track to the railway are amazing. Could have spent longer exploring.
Disliked Unfortunately there is only one shower and two toilets per block (2 showers and 4 toilets). There are a few other toilets but its the one shower that may cause a queue if it was busy.
