What customers say
A friendly, well-kept spot near the beach. Spacious, level pitches and helpful staff are a hit. Toilets/showers are clean but dated and a trek from tents. Fishing lake's popular. Peaceful for most, but can get busy and noisy, with goose droppings an occasional issue.

A good site especially for beach access and fishing
Powered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Location is brilliant, an 2 minute walk and your on the beach. Pitches are flat and clean. V. hard ground given the recent weather so a hammer is a must have! The onsite fishing is great and the tackle shop huge… good prices too. The washing up area was inside and a good facility to have. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bins provided are great as well!
Disliked Pitches weren’t marked out, if you weren’t obviously using the area next to your tent it was given away and people would spread out using wind breakers (we put our table and chairs away when we went out).
The toilets are a walk from the tent pitches but that was fine. Toilets and showers were tired but usable.

It was a stones throw away…
Powered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked It was a stones throw away from the beach.
Disliked The toilets and showers were a long walk away from the tent side of the park and they didn't feel the cleanest during our stay. The pitches aren't pre marked out either, they are measured by the distance from the neighbouring tent by a stick; Not much room is given between the trailer tents / tents and the messurements/space that you book does not seem to apply.
Weekdays seem to be the quieter option as we only chose to stay one night at the weekend due to loud children kicking balls at your tent late and just really loud In general.

Not recommended for longer stays. Wouldn’t return

Liked Close to beach
Disliked Staff member walking around with stick very strict giving smaller pitch then we originally bought. We ordered 7m x7m and told we had gone over allocated pitch with our trailer tent and awning. Told to take down and when down said could put back up. Not friendly at all. Toilet block and water not close
Geese and birds wake you up very early
Didn’t feel able to speak to staff as very set in ways.
Geese poo and dog poo everywhere but we cleaned up before setting up.
Children left to run around late and kick balls at awning. Told to be quiet from 10 till 7am so we were but everyone else party on late.
Went home day early as couldn’t get much sleep. We were a family of six.
