Liked: very well kept site, immaculate facilities with great showers. Ian is a very friendly and helpful owner. The golf club next door to the site welcomes non-members to their restaurant and bar. Really good location for visiting Lincoln by car, train or bus.

Liked: Immaculate site. Excellent toilet and shower block. Excellent dog run (off lead) owner went out of way to accommodate us very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful peaceful holiday will be using this site again and again really impressed all round

Liked: Lovely clean, quiet site with views over the golf course. Level pitches. Good TV and phone reception. Water at pitch. Electric is on meter at very reasonable rates (cost us £2.50 for 3 nights). Can use golf club bar but we didn't. Small dog walk area on lead.

Disliked: No WiFi but phone reception was good. Over 30 min walk to the nearest shop and pubs, etc in Market Rasen.

A popular family destination is Wild Pines Park, a minute’s drive away, with zipwires and rope walks up high, archery and playgrounds on the forest floor. Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

Firearms are not permitted.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Guests under the age of 21 are not allowed on site.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Dogs

The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.
