Fantastic value for money site, well situated, super friendly staff.
Powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Ok, this is an amazing site to stay at! It has everything from new plentiful showers and toilets to an indoor games barn, upstairs tv lounge, outdoor football pitch, and lots of beautiful walks! Seriously, it has everything. If you don’t want to camp, there is a cottage, and large barn conversion for rent too! Onsite fresh pizzas, super friendly staff, even the owner took the time to come and say hello, and ask if everything was ok, the list just goes on!! Look, just book up and go, get your own experience! You won’t be disappointed! We loved it there, can’t wait to go back!
Disliked Nothing to dislike!!

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Family and dog friendly park, nice little play park and a games room that is better suited to children 5+, but the staff were very friendly. location was great for exploring the area only 25 mins to the forest of dean and 10 mins from Ross on Wye. Would certainly return!
Disliked really clutching here but our non electric tent pitch was in a slope but it didnt really affect our stay.

Haywood Farm is a great choice for families.
Powered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked We had a lovely stay at Haywood Farm Caravan and Camping Park. The shower and toilet facilities were spotless throughout our visit, which made a big difference. It’s clear the site is well-maintained, with bins emptied regularly and everything in good working order. The site has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, which made it easy to relax with the kids. A big plus was the helpful and friendly staff, who were always around to answer questions or lend a hand if needed.

We made a very last-minute booking…

Liked We made a very last-minute booking over the bank holiday weekend and couldn’t have been more impressed. Rosemary was so welcoming and accommodating, managing to find us two pitches at short notice. Not only that, but she kindly reshuffled things so the pitches were next to each other, which made our family weekend even better.
The site itself is lovely – peaceful, well laid out, and very family-friendly. All the facilities were spotless, from the showers and toilets to the washing-up area, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear Rosemary and the team take real pride in looking after the place.
Although we didn’t get a chance to try the homemade pizzas this time, they smelled absolutely amazing and were very popular – definitely something we’ll be trying next visit!
We had such a great weekend making memories with the family, and it’s safe to say this will not be our last visit. A great site, welcoming hosts, and everything you could ask for from a caravan and camping park.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-run site – we’ll definitely be booking again in the future.

Lovely friendly site, clean toilets, showers…

Liked Lovely friendly site, clean toilets, showers and washing up area. Good level pitches with 10 amp power connections. Great pizzas. Location good for exploring the Wye Valley. Games room and play area a big hit with the kids.
Disliked Unfortunately no planned activities during the school holiday weekdays. A bit too far to walk to pub with young children.

Lovely quiet site, beautiful woodland walks, great hosts
Powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Lovely site, very friendly hosts. Very friendly fellow campers. Fantastic fresh pizzas and truly a very large, beautiful forest walk a minute or two away. For the size of the site the on site amenities for families were great along with staff ran activities for the children ( we were just a couple, no children but appreciated such things make for a happy site ).
Disliked Very very little, a short wait for a shower in the morning, there were a number of separate clean shower rooms with sinks, but maybe two or three too few in the high season, same for the ladies toilets. Luck of the draw maybe but more an observation than criticism.

Our 2nd visit to this site was as good, if not better than the first
Powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Friendly staff, pitch size, facilities, cleanliness, showers, shop, games room, play park, woods, location.
This being our second visit to the site it was as good, if not better than the first. It's a nice, compact site with plenty to keep the kids occupied - games room, play park, playing field and a woods to explore. This time, there are even organised activities for the kids including a nature ramble and art & crafts.
Disliked The bumpy lane as you approach the site could do with resurfacing, but apart from that, nothing else!
