Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Like how clean the site is, how friendly everyone is how the owner make himself known and checks up on everyone, felt very safe definitely be coming back hopefully be able to try fishing, very relaxing and loved watching the wildlife
Superb site, basic but serene
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Beautiful site right on the river which was easy to get in and out of even with the canoe. Farmer was super helpful popping by to check everything was OK and drop off wood. Only a short mile walk to the pub which was a delightful place with good range on tap. Food looked delicious although we didn't eat but next time we come we will!
Disliked Portaloos although clean and well stocked when we arrived soon got a bit ripe by the end of the weekend!
Would be nice to have access to the showers on site as no-one was in the glamping field
Lovely by the river

Liked Location is just beautiful and the farmer popped by to check In with us and was super helpful with walking routes! The campsite is very basic as expected, portaloos and one open sink with cold water tap. This was what we needed after a busy weekend in Hereford and we have a well set up van. Loved the river views and quietness of it all. There is a wonderful farm shop a few miles away which was recommended by the owners. Passed a pub not far away at all but sadly didn’t get chance to pop in. Loved the check out time!!
Location 10/10 for river access and quietness.
When you arrive be sure to WhatsApp or text as I was a little lost initially. But as soon as I realised I could text I got a very prompt and wonderfully friendly reply.
Disliked No showers unless you stay in the glamping pitches which isn’t stated anywhere (unless I missed it), so after a cold dip in the river… have some way to warm up if you’re in a van or tent. Would have been more than happy to pay for a shower but that option isn’t available I don’t think, but may be something they may wish to offer for people willing to part with some extra pennies :)
Very basic facilities which makes it peaceful

Disliked Portaloos are fine but always smell a bit. Plenty of space for dog but no nearby footpath to explore.

Liked Being alongside the river made the weekend for us.
Phillip, the owner, was very attentive and came to check we were all OK numerous times over the weekend.
Disliked The fact ir said about renting a shower slot but we were unable to when we got there.
Also no lights in the portaloo
