What customers say
A well-loved, no-frills campsite offering peace, great views, and easy access to Ashbourne. Dee the owner is a real gem, and the loos are spotless. Some find the road a bit noisy and the signposted field a bit tricky. Long grass after a busy spell has been sorted.

Nice chilled field
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Just a really nice field with a couple of toilets. We weren't there that long but it was during a rather heavy downpour. Managed to get on and off easily. We communicated with the host via text and got all the info we needed. Great time thank you

Plenty of flat space to find…
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Plenty of flat space to find so didn't need to level the van. Convenient spot with surrounding shops and a gentle walk into the town for nice shops, cafes and pubs. Back to basics type of site which we enjoyed.

Really enjoyed such a peaceful weekend…
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Really enjoyed such a peaceful weekend here. Lots of space to pitch up which I loved and could choose where to pitch which is also a bonus. Nice clean toilets on site and owner was really helpful and directed me to local places. Great location for walks in the area and close to Ashbourne for food and drinks.

Plenty of space and very well…
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Plenty of space and very well priced. Some lovely views if you park up right! Quiet site, well ran, proper flushing toilets and basic amenities. Exactly what we wanted for a one night stay (self sufficient camper van).
Disliked Being so close to the road there was some noise, however it wasn’t too bad and it meant there were shops and a pub in walking distance.
