Liked: Het uitzicht vanaf terras en zelfs vanuit het bed!!!! Verder ook lekkere verse groenten uit eigen moestuin te koop. Bbq met gasfles staat klaar op je eigen kampeerplek. Inventaris is ook zeer uitgebreid. En een gezamenlijke vuurplaats met pizza-oven, bbq-plaat etc. Gezellig om te doen en anderen te ontmoeten. Verder ruimte om te parkeren bij het receptiegebouw. Het geheel is heel ruim opgezet, erg goed onderhouden en superschoon. En zeer vriendelijke mensen. Duidelijke check-in en -out zonder dat personeel nodig is.

Disliked: Toch nog een klein minpuntje: geen litermaat zodat ik de inhoud/ml niet goed kon afmeten bij het bereiden van mijn pizza. In het weekend geen broodjes in de winkel te halen en receptie maar open tot 17:00u. (Was voor ons geen probleem, masr daaron geen 5 sterren bij klantenservice)

Local attractions

Whether you’re looking to complete trails through bluebell woods, orchid fields, wild hedgerows and valleys or to sample the island produce, this site is in the right spot. For a dose of something historical, there are war bunkers across the island, including one within 10 minutes’ drive of the site. Castle Cornet (20 minutes’ drive) is one of the island’s most popular historical sites. The former tidal island holds an 800-year old castle at the entrance to St. Peter Port, with views out over the ocean. That might not be the last time you visit St. Peter Port (20 minutes), as the port has connections to some other splendid islands in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. A 20-minute ferry from the port is all it takes to reach the scenic car-free island of Herm, and a 55-minute ferry reaches further across the sea to the peaceful island of Sark.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.

Changes to your holiday

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.
