Can customers provide the type and size of their unit?

To capture the type and size of unit that customers will be bringing with them:

• Visit the 'Pitch types & extras' tab
• Click 'Edit' on a pitch type (note that this is only for camping and touring, not for rental accommodation units)
• Tick 'Require type and size of unit'
• Click 'Save your pitch type'

With the above ticked, when customers provide their booking details, they will see:

We block customers from booking if the size of unit exceeds the maximum size specified.
