Liked Great accommodation, site and location. Very peaceful, yet with everything you need for a lovely family break. Highly recommend visiting Cinderella golf nearby with crazy golf, foot golf, authentic Thai and English cuisine and lovely indoor/outside eating areas, it's a real gem and we were glad to stumble upon it!

Disliked Little bit of a walk to the toilets from safari tents but to be expected! Toilets were very clean and excellent when reached.

Liked I loved this bungalow and we really enjoyed its location and amenities. It was comfortable and set in a lovely park. However, I have just received an insulting phone call stating that damages are payable for leaving the property in a bad state which it absolutely was not. Apparently, if you do not leave everything situated in the precise position when you leave you will be accused of being a deviant, called in the early morning and made to pay. I am shocked and disappointed, having left the property as it was received, even hoovering all over before leaving. I was even accused of moving binoculars on the Welsh dresser by milimetres which is very petty and unreasonable. After my dressing down today I would certainly not recommend this park, bewar if your tent pole leaves a small hole in the ground you may be made to pay.

Disliked The aftercare, we received a disrespectful early morning call accusing us of being slobs who left the place in a mess which we did not. We were accused of all sorts, we have two small children but would never leave a place in a state and had cleaned thoroughly. We were accused of breakages that were there on our arrival and the aftercare was frankly insulting.

From the manager: Goodness Gracious me. I only phoned at 10am in the morning to ask if we could have two of our towels back and to discuss the broken binoculars and stain left on the second bedroom floor. I certainly did not insult her. Sorry you had to read the above review. At least she liked the place and surrounding area!
