Disliked Lacks a shop even just for basics , garage over the road is more expensive than most site shops

Liked Location was good for breaking a journey, short walk to the designer outlet

Disliked Very basic facilities, and extra charges for showers although minimal don’t expect that on a site

Liked Great little site , spotless , friendly staff , nice little shop , ideally placed for a relaxing stay or base to explore from or even a stop off on a tour , remember to stay up late to see all the rabbits

Liked Small quiet friendly site , 10 minutes walk to shops , cafes bars , 25 to the theme park , markets etc ….always clean and well maintained

Disliked Opening hours of cafe limited, meant either cooking or going out , however food we had there was excellent

Liked Small quiet site, small river running on edge of site, few small walls , well located just off the m6 and only 15 miles from Windermere, great base , pub was closed but that’s common at the moment
