From the manager: Hi there, Thank you so much for your review :-) We really appreciate your thoughts. The park is small but very entertaining for the kids they love to play with independence and freedom. So pleased you had a good stay. your absolutely right , we are aware we need more showers, we never thought it would be so busy- which is great stuff. We are hoping to add more but need to check with the electrician that this can be done at some point in the future - fingers crossed. We do however, advise all guests on this website before they visit of the number of showers that we have, so they can make a decision before they book. Have a fab summer and see you another time - all the best Lisa & Dean

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Loads of open spaces and trails to explore. Facilities were basic but kept clean. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked 1st night was noisy because of a large group staying in the hostel, but staff apologised and offered solutions and no problems for the rest of the stay. The walk from the car to pitch was a bit of a pain but manageable.

From the manager: Thanks for reviewing us. I notice you visited us on Sunday for a one night stay. We only serve food until 6pm hence why we had run out of food. It is always best to book in advance, especially at weekends as we are running at a reduced capacity due to Covid guidelines and as all our food is made on site with fresh local produce we only cater for a set number of covers to enable us to maintain quality.
