Liked Lovely small site immediately adjacent to river. Very peaceful. We stayed on a medium pitch (no awning). Water and equipment at pitch. Clean, well maintained toilet block, laundry and washing up area. Cafe and restaurant on site. Acess to Riverbus into York.

Liked A warm welcome from Jane set the tone for a lovely relaxed weekend. Pitches well laid out, small dog exercise area, clean toilet block. Walking distance to Starbucks.

Liked Clean toilet block, bus stop short walk from the site. Lots of pitches available when we went. Good site for families.

Disliked Not a great welcome, booked in with Guest Services and was barely acknowledged at first. Didn't know if they had a motorhome service point. Food in the bistro was slightly over priced and the inside dining area is very small. Long walk to beach/bistro/swiming pool if on pitches near guest services. Units were positioned quite close back to back on certain pitches.

Liked Clean flat site, good size pitches, well maintained amenities, convenient for bus stops to Burnham or Weston supermare . Helpful staff, great apple pie at the onsite cafe. Road to the site narrow with MANY sharp bends, but negotiable.

Liked What is not to like. Efficient booking, a warm welcome, secure and well appointed pitches. Clean and well maintained facilities. Lovely little walk around the fishing lake, well maintained play areas (for wen we bring the grandchildren) and adherance to site rules by all, no noise after 11pm. A short walk to the local pub along a flat road.

Liked This is the second time I have stayed here and the welcome and ease of booking in was as good as the first time. Facilities clean, hand dryers maybe could do to be a little more powerful, but that is the only down side to this site. Handy for motorway but far enough that there is no traffic noise. Would recommend.

Liked Welcome from the chap that sited us, main reception dismissive as we were tourers.potch had a lovely view.

Disliked Pitches too close together. We got the impression that tourers were poor relations to statics. Toilets and laundry in dire need of refurb. Although ramp to toilet block the code pad was very high would be difficult for anyone in wheelchair. No enforcement of basic rules, what appeared to be permanent residents driving dangerously on the park and motorbikes which are forbidden were frequently observed. All in all although we had a lovely view it was marred by the feel of the site and we couldn't even take photographs of our view without being aggressively challenged by anyone in the vicinity of our pitch to show we were not taking photos of them or their static! Needless to say of the two nights we booked we only stayed one, and will not be returning.

Liked Clean site, well spaced pitches, welcoming owners. Lovely nature walk to a peaceful lake. Reasonably priced would stay again. Good play area for children. Toilets and showers very clean.
