Liked Nice pitch near the facilities and next to the river. Short walk to the pub with excellent food. (Food, only on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. .) Informative email from the site owners telling you where your pitch is located and the number etc. So we didn't meet the owners, as we didn't need anything, and the payment was dealt with automatically. . All good thank you.

Disliked Hot water. We stayed 3 nights, and all was good until the morning of departure. We wanted a nice shower to be fresh for the onward journey, but there was no hot water to be found, so had to leave without. Cold wash in the sink, and cold washing up. Disappointing. . No point contacting the owner at the time as we had to leave on our onward journey. .

Every time we came down to the site, you were not around or in your van and we dont like to disturb people, so we are sorry we didnt see you. We are sorry about the water, we had no idea until a regular visitor told us yesterday lunch time. If we had of known, we would have switched the boost on immediatly. We do wish people would let us know if there is anything wrong, we cant do anything about it if we dont know. We would prefer not to see this in a review. This matter was rectified within half an hour of us knowing.
