Liked Had the best weekend here. Never seen cleaner toilets or showers on a campsite in my 20 years of camping. Showers were free too and not the ones that shut off every two minutes, a proper warm, good pressure shower. 15 min scenic walk to Trackside brewery, 20 mins walk across the fields to get into Buxton. Big Morrisons a 3 min drive away. Visited by baby cows every night ☺️ Lovely staff all round, the site is so well kept. We will be back many a time I think.

Disliked The only tiny thing I can think of was being woken up by people slamming the toilet door on a night. Not really the campsites fault (probably mine for pitching right next to them) but maybe a soft closer on the door might help but I guess it needs to slam shut for security. Next time I’ll just camp further away from the toilet block.
