Liked Great little play area for children (we didn't have any with us).

Disliked The distance from anywhere. The 1.5 mile walk to the only local pub was along a fast dangerous road, not a pleasant walk, dodging traffic while jumping on and off uneven grass verges, which were full of rabbit holes, shouting above the traffic noise to warn each other of cars coming. No taxi's, bus every 2 or 3 hours (which broke down and left us in the middle of nowhere to walk). The half hour walk to the bus stop along another busy road with no pavements, which was a HGV route, really dangerous. We emailed ahead to ask about distances to amenities and safety of walking with a dog, we also asked about bus/taxi services as we had experienced problems once before. We were told the bus was 300 yards away, the local pub was just down the road with two other pubs bit further and all were within an easy walk, also lots of local taxis, none of this was true. First pub is mentioned above, other two were 4 miles away and it was 1,200 yards to the bus stop and the wait for a taxi was 4 hours. The very rude older man (not Paul) in the office. When we mentioned the email from the site that hadn't told us how dangerous the road was, even when we had asked pacifically about this. We also said it was impossible to walk in the dark, so no going out for an evening meal, which is something else we had asked about, he said "get a torch" and followed it with we needed spoon feeding.
