From the manager: Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really pleased to hear that you found the shower block nice and clean. We’re sorry to hear about the missing plug in the washing-up area. Unfortunately, the plugs do sometimes get stolen, which is frustrating for us as we are constantly having to replace them. We’ll make sure this is checked again and replaced if necessary. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again soon! Kind Regards
