Liked Spotless & immaculate Very friendly. Lots of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Perfectly located for Calais ferry port.

Disliked Token operated shower, which turned off after what seemed like a a very short time.

Liked Easy friendly check- in. Great location on the river. Lots of cycle paths along the river. Free local Wi-Fi ( although drops out quite a lot).

Liked Very friendly and helpful reception when checking in. Large pitch and lovely and shady which was great in the 35C heat! Toilet facilities and shower block were clean with plenty of hot water. Close to the beautiful town of Monpazier.

Disliked The whole campsite could have done with the grass cutting and bushes trimmed.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'accueil, la taille et l'ombrage de votre emplacement, la propreté de nos sanitaires ainsi que la proximité de Monpazier. Concernant l'entretien des espaces verts, nous comprenons tout à fait votre remarque. Cependant, lors de votre séjour, en raison de la canicule et du risque élevé d'incendie, l'utilisation de certains équipements tels que les tondeuses et les taille-haies était fortement limitée afin de respecter les consignes de sécurité. Dès que les conditions le permettent, nous reprenons l'entretien du camping afin d'offrir un cadre agréable à tous nos visiteurs. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions climatiques !

Liked Lovely campsite with clean shower and toilet facilities and a nice swimming pool. Located perfectly by the local town of Navarrenx which in itself is a beautiful town.

Disliked Quite small pitches, but we managed to motor move our 6.75m caravan accordingly.

Liked Fantastic family run campsite, Herbie and his wife & daughter were lovely, all were very friendly and extremely helpful in every aspect. The toilet block & showers were very clean and the showers themselves were powerful and had plenty of hot water and they were not push button (I hate push button showers!). The bar is a lovely area to relax in the evening and the food is very tasty… beware of the size of the pizza… it’s huge! Outside the campsite and nearby are some lovely little coves, which weren’t busy (at least when we were there) where we relaxed, swam and just enjoyed watching the waves and the tide going in & out. Thank you Herbie, we look forward to seeing you all again.

Liked Very friendly staff, special mention to Luke who was particularly helpful with places to visit. Toilets were spotless. The touring pitch we were in was shaded by trees which is great in the hot weather. The swimming pool was lovely and a good size.

Disliked Push button showers… sorry just one of my pet hates!
