Liked Omgeving, sanitair en de plaats

Disliked Bediening restaurant.

From the manager: Dear Ad K. thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. We're glad that you were satisfied with the cleanliness of the restrooms, and the location. We are truly sorry for your experience with the staff in the restaurant and on the lower terrace. That kind of behavior does not align with the standard of hospitality we aim to provide. We also understand that it was unpleasant to be asked to pay and leave right after dessert. We will definitely pass on your feedback to the responsible parties and take it into account in our ongoing work with the team. Thank you also for praising the tidiness of the park and restrooms – we’re happy that despite the unpleasant experience, you still noticed the positive aspects of our park. We hope that on your next visit you'll give us the chance to show you a friendlier and more professional experience. Team Menina
