Liked Lovely open fields, wardens coming round to check everyone was ok, really clean facilities. Handy for popping in to Winchester.

Liked Everything. Lovely site in beautiful surroundings, staff pleasant. We stayed on a Friday & there was a band playing - they were fabulous, lovely friendly vibe.

Disliked Limited season, no pool (despite advertised as open), bar/restaurant only open from 1 July-31 Aug. Just wanted a nice cold beer on arrival.

From the manager: Many thanks for your note & comment which make us very happy and reward our work. We were pleased to welcome you & We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay. In June, it is the low season and some services are not opened. Concerning swiming pool, you can not tell that it is advertised as open. It is well noted on the website that that the public swiming pool is opened from 5 July to 30 August. I can not add a print of the advertising but you can see it on the link "https://www.pitchup.com/fr/campsites/france/pays-de-la-loire/maine-et-loire/durtal/camping_les_portes_de_lanjou/" Bar is opened on the low season only during the WE and every evening during July & August.
