Liked Really like this site, excellent clean facilities and quiet when we were there. Situated right alongside the river. Good walks and nearby Cenarth Falls worth a visit. Friendly owner.

Liked Open site close to the beach, just a short walk down the Lane. The site is very close to the train station and handy to get to/from Barmouth. Ok toilet/shower block.

Disliked No obvious recycling. Whilst there was one dishwashing sink it was uncovered outside and a bit grim.

Liked The toilet block was pristine and the site had all the basic facilities you need and everything was in a good condition. Warden was very helpful and welcoming. The site is remote and was quite bleak when we stayed. The downside of being literally adjacent to the beach when the weather is grim!

Liked Lovely small quiet site. Facilities were adequate and clean and the site kept very tidy. The pitches were flat and spacious. Love the bunting to add that festive feel.

Liked Beautiful, immaculate small site. Very quiet with views across towards RNAS Culdrose. 2 showers, 2 toilets, all unisex, in a shepherds hut, and a couple of outside dishwashing sinks. Loved it so much we booked another night. Approaching from Gweek was the preferred option. Very hot water in the dishwashing sinks and wash basins, showers have a lovely large spray head, but constantly variable water temperatures come out which averaged out as a warm but not hot shower.

Disliked Nothing that would put us booking again.

Liked Lovely open site with friendly, hardworking owners. Open field with no defined pitches and a park wherever approach. Facilities were all there and in a good clean condition. Warm water in the showers. And a bonus is the sale of fresh free range eggs. Overall a very good site that we would return to and recommend to others.
