Liked water side pitch held promise of a good setting

Disliked 24hr construction site near site (motorway), mainline railway line within 500m of pitch express non stop trains every hour throughout night, on approach flight path for East Midlands airport. You could not have any more noise issues. I had a sleepless night. facilities non existent I was told there was a tap. The approach to the site is along a pot holed track to a lorry park.
