Non-electric grass tent pitch (eight person)
Liked We had a fantastic time at Tyddyn Teg! The pitches are a good size, and well spaced out. The communal kitchen is great and has pretty much everything you need.
Toilets and shower were kept clean and great for wild camping.
The shop is lovely, great bread and veggies.
There were stories and songs around the campfire one evening which the children loved. You can hire fire pits and buy logs from them too. It’s very family friendly. And in a great location, close to shops and lots of beautiful walks.
The people who work there were so friendly and really lovely people. They look after the campers and campsite very well.
We’ll definitely return (hopefully when it’s less rainy)
Disliked There wasn’t a lot to not like, other than the rain!

From the manager: Thanks for the review Laura! Great to hear you and your family enjoyed your time here, and were able to join us for one our storytelling evenings. Thanks for your positive feedback on our facilities and farm shop too. Look forward to seeing you again sometime (perhaps in drier weather!).

Féroé 1 bedroom cottage / chalet / bungalow (four person)
Liked Quiet, clean campsite. We stayed in a really lovely cabin with air conditioning and shower room.
Lovely swimming pool which was quiet most the day so the kids enjoyed it!
Nice bar and restaurant on site, but does get busy in the evening so would recommend booking! But the staff were great really friendly and helpful. Most the staff knew English which was great as my French is limited!
Lots of shade with the trees as it was very hot when we were there.
Beautiful views and nice little town with shops in walking distance.
Only stopped for 2 days but would like to have stayed longer to explore the area more! (There’s a newish I think SuperU at the bottom of the hill, it didn’t show on our map!)
Try the local beer it’s great!
