Liked Peaceful, open field with lovely views and loads of birdlife. Easy walk to the Salehurst Halt, a beautiful pub near to a fascinating church (part of the bridleway is blocked but you can cut around it easily enough) and the best toilet and shower facilities I have ever seen on a campsite (the owners have used Grohe kit and the best materials throughout which makes you feel that they want you to have a good experience). Sarah was friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.
