Liked Very friendly reception. Flat, shady site. Short walk into village. Only an hour from Channel Tunnel

Liked Scenery. Showers and toilets were clean. Good location for walking and cycling. Lots of equipment available to borrow eg boules, table tennis etc Small café on site.

Disliked Access to washing facilities frustrating because access tracks blocked by caravans and mobile home gardens.

Liked Welcoming staff. Mother and daughter were very helpful. Very quiet. Plenty of space in shade. Toilets were clean. Walking distance to village of Chabottes where there was a grocery shop and fast food outlet with specialities from the area.

Liked We saw the steam train come by as it was a Sunday afternoon. Daniel the site warden was really friendly and easy going.He recommended a cool Mexican cafe/shop Plenty of shade for small tents which was appreciated as we visited during a heat wave!

Liked Very quiet. We were the only tent and no caravans first week of July Excellent restaurant on site. Very friendly staff.
