Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Lovely views and quiet site, friendly owners. Plenty of room on the pitch. Have been to this site before and its in a great location for walks and visiting different places of the Peak District.
Enjoyed watching the farm animals.
Just make sure you take blocks with you as the site not very level due to being on a slight hill. You are in the Peak District after all.
Plenty of options for food in Youlgrave which you can walk to from the campsite.

Liked 2nd time coming to this site. Lovely views across the valley. Fantastic walks straight from the site including the Limestone Way.
A great base to get to the cycle trails local to the site. I also found it a great base to go to The Roaches and Lud's Church which were 30mins away by car.
Lovely friendly owners who were very helpful recommending walks and pubs to eat in. They also accommodated me asking for pitch 5 as it is there flatish pitch.
Dog friendly and they didn't mind you having guests come to see you. (I did double check and they were happy with this)
Would stay again.

Liked Well this was a lovely quiet site. It was a fab stay on a working farm. Great watching the ponies playing in the field. Plus the free range chickens greeting me in the morning around my caravan.
Lovely views whilst sat in my caravan.
Fantastic hot showers which was a luxury after a busy day hiking in the National Park.
The shop on the site was well stocked.
The owner was lovely and super sweet. Had many chats were her and she was always happy to give advice about the local area.
Would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting north Wales.

Liked Really peaceful site. Owner was very welcoming too.
The site was very well kept and clean. The shower was super hot which was lovely.
There was a dog field that you could let your dog off lead which I thought was a great idea.
I had some lovely views from pitch 4.
There was a pub around the corner but I didn't go in but the food smelt good.
The site was a good place to travel to Settle and have a good look round a nice town. Plus some lovely scenery and walks to go on.
Disliked Shame about the rain 🌧 but the owner can't control this. But he did come and give me advice on how not to get stuck when leaving which was kind of him.

Liked I enjoyed pitching my tent next to the river. It was very peaceful indeed. Lots of space around me so wasn't over crowded by other tents etc.
Lots of water taps about to fetch water from.
Due to pitching my tent next to the river it was a bit of walk to the toilet/showers which I didn't mind.
It's a ideal site for the 3 Yorkshire Peaks.
Lovely walk into Settle with lots of things to do and see. Lots of places to eat as well. Worth a visit when staying at this site.
Disliked Sadly the showers weren't very warm at 8.30pm at night. Not sure why, the campsite was very busy so all the hot water might have been used up but it wouldn't put me off going again.
