Liked Staff were nice, also enjoyed having a sheep friend next to us. Toilet block was good. Good location for doing parkrun in next door park.

Disliked Didn’t see any washing up facilities, site could be noisy with the road near by

Disliked You can only leave after 8 this would make attending a parkrun in the area tricky but I’m not picking here!

Liked Toilets good quality and clean

Disliked Not really the camp sites fault but it was incredibly wet so the site was very muddy. Short of providing more permanent paths I’m not sure what could be done. Some more guidance as to which pitch to use would have been helpful.

Liked Large open field to pitch up in. Good toilets showers and wash facilities.

Disliked Restricted arrival times. I forgot to look properly at the arrival times and we arrived 40 mins later than they were open! We worked out from site pics where the pitches were and pitched up, phone numbers for the site also didn’t work. I didn’t see any staff at all during the stay so I presume we were in the right spot! Not really a dislike, more a would be nice!

Liked Peaceful good facilities, great showers! Level pitches well laid out, great customer services and helpful staff. Great footpaths around for walks too.

Liked Friendly welcome, excellent facilities and the bonus of a small collection of planes to watch takeoff and land. This was our first trip in our VW T5 Helga! It was great. We appreciated the effort the site had gone to in opening up a safe location in relation to covid.
