Electric grass pitch
Liked The lovely secluded, shaded pitches providing peace and quiet - cicadas excepted - and the feeling of isolation within the woodland.
Nice clean toilets and showers.
The pool was a godsend with temperatures in the 30s when we were there.
Best thing of all were the people who run this site. Welcoming, helpful and cheerful every time we saw them. Po

Electric optional grass pitch (lake view)
Liked This trip is really turning up some stunning sites. This is up there with the very best in this price range. Superb lakeside pitches, clean and tidy sanitary facilities, friendly and helpful hosts as well as lots of activities nearby for adults and children.
Another site on our “must revisit” list.

Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Another gem of a site. All the staff that we had dealings with were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect for cycling or walking alongside the river with shops and restaurants a short walk away.
We had a nice shaded pitch which was perfectly level and served by faultless electricity and fresh water a few metres away.
The sanitary facilities were some of the best we have encountered anywhere. Sure, there are no toilet seats and you need your own loo roll but they are spotlessly clean, light and spacious. I would thoroughly recommend.
Disliked The noisy pigeons that perched above our chosen pitch😁 (They were only noisy in the morning.)

Electric optional grass pitch
Liked The welcome and clear instructions from the owner.
The huge, shaded pitch with reliable electricity.
Adequate shower block and toilets which were clean and tidy.
The peace and quiet. Easily one of the quietest and most peaceful sites we have stayed on.
Excellent value for money.
Disliked The fact that the weather was a little too cool to use the swimming pool😁

Fully-serviced grass motorhome pitch
Liked The lovely peaceful ambiance of this site makes it feel so restful. The enthusiasm of Nicholas is wonderful, it is clear that he loves the area and sharing that love with all of the guests lucky enough to spend time on the site. The toilet/shower block is compact but well maintained.
Fresh bread and pastries delivered to your pitch in time for breakfast was a particular delight.
The WiFi is good as long as you are near the front of the house.
Disliked The brambles close to the fresh water tap in the area for larger motorhomes were a bit annoying.

Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked The peaceful, tranquility of the site. Even though the MH pitches are near the entrance to the park we rarely if ever noticed vehicles entering and leaving.
The staff we encountered were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. Don't think you can ask for much more.
Although the facilities were a little walk from the pitches they were definitely worth the effort, with large self-contained cubicles offering WC, basin and shower in one place - great idea. Lovely and clean too.
The local area offers plenty of interest for a two or three day stay. The riverside walk into Stourport, the canal basin, even a funfair should that float your boat. While the town feels a little tired we certainly found enough to do while we were there.
We would recommend the Old Rose and Crown for food and it is within walking distance of the site.

From the manager: What a fantastic review, Thank you, Russell. I think the Old Rose and Crown will be pleased for the mention too. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Wishing you all the very best from Zoë, John and the Lincomb team.

Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked A really well kept site with concrete pitches surrounded by grass. The fully serviced pitch included an easy to use grey waste hose that would be suitable for the outlet on any unit.
The facilities were clean and well maintained.
Even though we didn’t use the pub (Mulefest weekend) the fact that it was a short walk from the site was appealing.
The adjacent River Severn and Montgomery Canal provided an interesting walk.
Disliked Obviously little the site can do about this but you certainly realise just how busy the nearby stretch of the A483 is at this time of year. Sounded a bit like the Isle of Man TT on Sunday morning.
