Liked Great open spaces for campervan, only 6 vans max. Pool great. The hosts deliver fresh bread to your door every morning. Rowland and iliese do a communal 3 course dinner on request , great to meet fellow travellers. Sanitary facilities great, washer available. Free WiFi. Pool is fantastic too.

Liked Excellent on site restaurant, great lake view pitches, delivery of bread each morning. Alison and John are grateful hosts and work so hard, especially Alison! Pools great too and all showers and toilets are spotless.

From the manager: Yes, the wi-fi. I'm still working on the wi-fi. I hope to get the wires buried and antennae on higher masts went the season calms down, but at least now we don't have to charge for it. It will be better soon.

Liked Good hardstand, water and elect at the stand. Good site and area information. Very good host. Lovely little site with bus stop into Banbury 50m away. Pubs in village 15mins walk. Shower and toilets very clean, site secured. V good value for the 30 odd pounds a night.

Liked Big pitch, free good WiFi, covered heated pool, 5 mins in car from intermarche. Pizza snack hut and bar on site. 20 mins drive to Lorient sub base

Disliked Main toilet block a bit dated and open air. Reception toilets and showers good though.

Disliked Small pitches, toilets closed 2.30-5.30 for cleaning??, noisy common room for kids, chemist toilet outside the site on the road with no flush water unless you pay 3 euros. No WiFi at all even when advertised as available

Liked Close to town, 10 mins across the old bridge, fresh bread baked each day. Big riverside pitches.

Disliked WiFi patchy at best, toilet block bit dirty with muddy feet but bogs have seats but no paper. Site a bugger to get to if bigger than 3.5t. all one way streets and v narrow

Liked Near to the lake for a lovely walk. Place was Ok, just big and a bit unwelcoming.... Commercial site so to be expected. Free Wi-Fi was good.

Liked Absolutely superb. Full kitchen facilities available, toilets and showers as good as our house, fresh eggs to buy from the chickens, jams and chutney too. Loafs of relaxing spaces, water garden, zen garden and a plunge pool too!!

Disliked Only downside was patchy Wi-Fi and no phone signal.... Maybe a plus 😀
