Liked Large pitches, great facilities, not far from Exeter so great for visiting the city. It’s a perfect site for families but if it’s peace and tranquility this isn’t the site for you. It’s very family oriented with a playground in the middle and can get very busy. Also there are permanent caravans on the site.

Disliked £24 a night for grass pitch with no electric is too expensive. We have stayed at better for less.

Liked We stayed in the 3rd field as the other two were busy. For us the field was perfect but no amenities on it. The other two fields have lovely showers and toilets. It’s a well kept site in a beautiful area with an amazing family running it. Nothing is too much trouble. The views are to die for with fantastic sunsets at night. Be aware it’s on a hill so chocks are needed. Down the road is Combe Martin with its lovely village a small beach full of rock pools. Ideal for walkers too.Perfect location to discover Devon. We will definitely be back.

Liked Absolutely lovely site. Beautiful setting with nice pitches and great value for money. Hugh and his wife are so friendly and helpful. Lovely walks around and beaches nearby. On site honesty shop full of local produce too. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

Liked Great size pitches, good location, easy to get there.

Disliked Toilets x2 showers x2 aren’t private and not really enough if the site is full. Also could do with having a family area to camp and separate quiet areas in the other field. £30 for a couple is expensive but cheap for a family maybe considered per person charge like abroad.
