Liked A very friendly, well-maintained adults-only site with good facilities. Pitches are generally level, offering lovely countryside views. It's a 20 min walk along road or a 40min walk along canal to the pretty Ellesmere town centre. Good selection of pubs offering good food choices and local beers. Walks all around in the area and easily accessible from the site. I would consider this site great value for money and ideal for a peaceful and relaxing break.

Disliked A little tlc required in places but nothing that deterred from our stay.

Liked Very clean and well run site. Hardstanding fully serviced pitch used. Toilet and shower block good. All facilities handily positioned and laid out. Gated access to pub next door easy serving good ‘pub grub’ and drinks at a reasonable price. Nikki who ran the site was always available and very helpful for any questions. Also when allowing us to leave our CV on site for an extra couple of hours to have lunch with family - much appreciated. Thank you.

Disliked A little close to M5 but did not disturb us at all.

Liked Immaculate site and touring pitches. All facilities and grounds well maintained and pre stay communications first class. Staff always visible throughout and on hand in the office or a phone call away. Location good with a lovely 30 min walk along riverbank into Stourport-on-Severn. Direct and easy access to the river at bottom of site . Washroom/toilet and shower block are spotless and very warm. Town has many pubs and eating places all good value and friendly. Thank you everyone for a top stay. Highly recommended

Liked This site had everything. Large well spaced hard-standing pitch with electric and fresh water close by - (EHU each pitch). New Toilet and shower block immaculate and close by Check-in simple and very unfussy - we like that Pitches are in a beautifully kept field behind the car park at the rear of the pub in small village Pub is superb and serves excellent selection of beers and simple but good quality pub grub. Loads of room and a large very well maintained rear garden. Super dog-friendly although we left our behind this time Close to the Blackwater Estuary which you can access via a one mile track opposite the site Adult only does make it very quiet which is always a bonus One very small point - chemical waste point fine but no grey water disposal point
