Liked Spacious pitch, helpful owners and lovely quiet peaceful surroundings. Clean toilet block and wash area. Freezer and fridge is a really nice touch.

Disliked Nothing really. Trains and traffic noise was present but not at bedtime and not enough to cause an issue.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your lovely review, Louise. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the spacious pitch, peaceful surroundings, and our facilities. It's great to know that the fridge and freezer were useful during your stay, and that you found everything clean and comfortable. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the nearby trains and traffic. As a rural campsite, there can occasionally be some background noise during the day, but we're pleased to hear it didn't affect your evenings or detract from your stay. Thank you for recommending us to others. It means a great deal to a small family-run campsite like ours. We would be delighted to welcome you and your family back to Dove Cote Lodge Camping in the future. Best wishes, Liz & Natalie Dove Cote Lodge Camping

Liked The location and friendly owner

Disliked Only 2 toilets and 2 showers (but was ok, just a bit of a queue on a morning)
