From the manager: I reviewed your pitch and for the benefit of readers, the "hill" is infact a gentle slope. Our flattest pitches had already been booked beforehand (a busy bank holiday weekend), others are on a slight gradient but I have never received a negative comment about the gradient in the 10 years of operating. I am sorry we fell short on your pitch allocation. Regards to the electric sockets. There are sockets in the ladies room - two behind the small cupboard aside the long mirror and another one which operates the table lamp. In the gents there is a socket next to the sink raised on the wall. Acting on your feedback, I will move the cupboard so the sockets are highly visible. I regret you didn't have the opportunity to ask any of my team about this at the time as we would have been very happy to point them out to you. We look forward to welcoming you again.
