Liked Been staying at Glan Usk for many years and before now has always been a 9 star but it has gone down hill since being on pitch up.

Disliked Toilet seats were broken and have been for 12 months,showers are full of mould and the people using the sauna are running in and out of the toilet block,it really has gone down hill in the last 2 years.
