Liked Very beautiful view, comfy beds and good showers , very peaceful good WiFi, well equipped

Disliked Unable to use bbq / fire pit T.V faulty , lots of thorns in the grass around the pod very sharp and pierced through shoes . Owners dog roam free and kept coming to our pod but this disturbed our dog

We're pleased that you enjoyed the beautiful views, found the pod comfortable and well-equipped, appreciated the peaceful surroundings and good Wi-Fi, and that you would both recommend us to others and stay with us again. We're sorry that a few aspects of your stay were disappointing. We always encourage guests to let us know of any concerns while they are here, as we would much rather have the opportunity to put things right immediately. The barbecue/fire pit was temporarily unavailable because of the exceptionally hot, dry weather and the associated risk of sparks causing a field fire. We contacted guests before arrival to explain this and were pleased to provide permission in advance for a camping stove instead. Following your comments, we checked around the pod and removed a small number of thorny hedge trimmings left after recent maintenance. We also checked the television but have been unable to identify a fault. If you are able to let us know what problem you experienced, we'd be grateful so that we can investigate further. Our dogs normally have the run of the farm, but if we'd known they were disturbing your dog we would, of course, have kept them away from your pod. Thank you again for your feedback.
