Clean site including toilets/showers facilities. Nice and warm swimming pool. Friendly staff. Excellent family entertainment and good quality meals. Highly recommended.

Really nice location, great pool, pods were very convenient

Pod 14 didn’t have much space outside whereas the ones on the field had loads so pot luck which one you get. Shop could do with some more things in it and would be better if it stayed open later

The restaurant served good food at a reasonable price, the kids entertainment was great, our glamping pod was lovely and clean and well thought out, close enough to toilets and showers which were clean. Washing up area and water tap easy to find in the same area as well.
Check in was easy and informative, the arcade was fun. Close enough to Paignton Zoo for a good day trip out. Lovely chippy and bakery around the corner.

The shower in the shower block isnt directional, does spray the ENTIRE cubicle and there are not enough hooks for your things. I ended up with very wet clothes the first time I used it.
Although there was allocated parking for most of the pods, people were driving over the grass right in front of our pod (not a road) to park next to their pods which was dangerous and meant our 3 year old didnt have freedom to play out front at all on the grass area. The play park could use more toddler friendly equipment.
Dogs were roaming around without owners in site and not on leads, I saw one leave a lovely gift on an empty glamping pod step.

Clean site, reasonably priced on site shop, great location for beach, nice local pubs, lots of entertainment, clean and easy to book pools. The glamping pod we stayed in was super cute and the washing facilities are clean and well looked after. Gorgeous play park for the little ones outside pods too.

We had the worst human beings either side of our pod which made are already short stay very miserable. We contacted the porter on one occasion to sort out a lot of mess left outside the pod by one neighbour. The porter didn’t answer the phone or respond but someone did eventually turn up to sort the mess out. We then needed out of hours assistance on our final evening, again no answer and no response the following day to the voice msg we had left. When we had to check out we decided to complain, staff apologised but didn’t even ask for the number of the pods where these people were staying despite telling us that they would speak with them when they came to check out and inform the relevant team. We have heard nothing from the campsite since then. Not sure what we expected but it’s very disappointing when we could only just afford to take our children here for the weekend to have it spoilt but other people. There doesn’t seem to be a noise limit considering it’s a family campsite. We were kept awake from 2.30-5.30am one night of our stay.

Everything. The pod was clean, the clubhouse/entertainment was great, pools were clean and staff were friendly, showers and toilets were always clean great view beach was near by

Have to queue to book a slot for swimming pool and it’s only 50 min for session.

loved the park and the camping pod we stayed in, park had great facilities with everything you needed, staff are really nice and the live entertainment was awesome.

The pod was great - clean and top condition. Pre booking the pools was fab to stop over crowding and the pools were good fun. Reception staff super helpful and lovely.

Showers near pods had no where to put anything which made showering with young kids difficult as only wet floor space.

The pod was lovely, clean and warm. Basic so bring camping cooler and fridge if you plan to self cater. The swimming pool and club house were good and walking distance from beach.

Dogs being walked around the pods a lot which is not part of the designated dog walking area.

Pods were lovely and clean with bedding.
Staff were friendly.

No cash machine for the children for the arcades.
