The facilities were excellent and recently refurbished and the clubhouse as well as the site as a whole was very clean and tidy. The location was fantastic as it was close to the beach (within walking distance). The camping pods were modern and warm and quite spacious considering how small they look from the outside. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. The toilet and shower blocks were also clean. The pods are also.next to the park so it's a brilliant location for them to go to the park. Also, you have access to their other site, Dawlish Sands, and can use their facilities and pool as well. Our kids had a wonderful time stating there.

The evening entertainment for the children was great but each game just went on for too long and there was way too much talking. The games themselves were great but nearly half an hour on the 'bean game' as an example was way too much, the kids became bored and just left the dance floor. The entertainment staff were great, just the pace of activities need to increase. More hooks needed for hanging clothes up in the shower cubicles and the showers are powerful (which is a good thing) but the whole floor is soaked so there is nowhere to store/stow your shoes, valuables, dry clothes, towel etc... when showering other than on the floor outside the cubicle which is not ideal. The WiFi which we paid for continually disconnected and every time we had to keep inputting pur booking reference. The pool is quite small with no slides etc...Finally, the (what looks like new) gravel car park next to the play park is too deep/loose as my car became stuck in the gravel and had to be pushed out with stones flying everywhere.

The new addition of the camping pods were fantastic. Works very well with young kids especially if the weather is a bit cold.

The shower facilities need an upgrade, to keep inline with the new upgrade of the camping pods.

clean and cared for. toilets clean. playground next door. well organized activities for children. the pool is small but we enjoyed it. close to the beach.

Lovely camping pod. Facilities great and dog loved her biscuits. A lovely touch.

The camping pods were great, especially with a discount over Easter Holidays. It was basic but the beds were comfortable and the heaters worked well. Short walk to the showers, toilets and laundrette. Nice to have a car parking space by each pod. Check in was straight forward and the location for the pods is nice, being on the edge of the sight. It's quite a distance from the restaurant/pool area, but we weren't really there for that as we don't have kids. Great location walking distance to Dawlish Warren beach.

Would be nice to have a kettle and mini fridge in the pods. Have to pay extra for wifi, but the 4G signal is fine.
