Where the camping pods where was ideal for coming out into Dawlish Warren where you could easily catch a train into any of the cities / towns around

Facilitators and the surroundings and the caravans. Absolutely, lovely Clubhouse, lovely.

Dislike was the showers for the camping pods. Absolutely, disgusting. One toilet door was smashed with broken toilet toilet roll holders off the wall. No toilet roll, no facilities to put your clothes. When you get showered, your clothes got wet. Toothpaste on the wash basins toilet roll on the floor. No plugs for you to wash your parts. Men's toilets was worse than the ladies. Toilets, I had 2 boys and a husband what was not happy special. My little boy he didn't want to get in the shower. He says they were so smelly.

Absolutely everything was just perfect 👌 The accommodation to the evening entertainment was just faultless! We will be coming back again this Summer !

Showers could only produce a dribble

Liked the pod-very spacious. Club house, swimming pool were good. Loved the locations of the pods. Loved the dog field. Dawlish was nice. Overall looks like the site had some investment.

The pod was dirty, the site toilets were dirty and wasn’t cleaned all weekend. Needed more bar staff.

Stayed in a camping pod which was excellent. Great field with lots of space. Really well maintained site. Super warm pool which the kids love. A very dog friendly site. Spacious entertainment area. Good access to Dawlish Warren and the beach.

The toilets weren't cleaned regularly enough for peak time and they couldn't flush well enough. 2 out of the 7 were out of order and at least another 2 were blocked at any one time. The shower rooms are entirely wet rooms so no bench or dry area to get changed.

No recycling at all which is disappointing for a site of that scale.

The pool and entertainment was a long way from the camping pods.

Everything was very cosy my 2 daughters absolutely loved it everything is in walking distance to the holiday park

The camping pod itself was clean and had fairly comfy beds.

The pods were too close to each other meaning you had no privacy. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours who at 7.30am decided to drive their van outside their property and play music.
Also the toilet and showers were filthy. I watched one camper empty her portable toilet into the sink! Half the toilets were dirty and had no toilet roll, when you found one with toilet roll, as you pulled the paper down the whole front of the unit fell on you. The toilet/shower block really needs updating in my opinion.

Great pool. Restaurant and entertainment for the kids was good. They also loved the little arcades bit! Onsite shop had all we needed. Women's shower block near our pod was clean and tidy (the cleaner we met and she was an absolute joy). The pods themselves are great and good value for a base. Fab location close to Dawlish Warren.

Our pod was a bit dusty and had some cobwebs hanging around! Some of the lighting fixtures were also hanging off and not working properly. Men's shower block was dirty. Wifi cost. We stayed last year too and had much cleaner pod.

Me and my partner stayed in a pod abdi have to say it was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. The staff was lovely and kind also very helpful. The bed was comfy it was nice and clean. We will definitely be staying on this holiday site again.
