Nice location , friendly reception staff

The facilities were very poor , showers hardly worked , no where to hang dry clothes and very dirty.
The pod hadn’t even been swept.
The pool had lots of plasters etc floating around in it.. It’s such a shame because from the outside it looks like a really great place, it just need some maintenance and a good clean.

The best holiday park I have ever been! There are lots of facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, both heated, water was lovely. Lots of entertainment at a high level. Very clean around. Staff was friendly. We hope to visit again soon !

the entertainment centre wasn't over crowded. Pool nice and warm. Was quiet at night and close to everything we visited. Showers were strong and warm.

We were a long way from any of the amenities as they are located at the entrance to the park so if you are in one of the furthest away caravans/pods you have a fair old walk and we used it less because of this. You couldn't just nip in there for a bit. Showers need a dry area, everything gets wet, the shower head needs tilting down slightly. The whole toilet block was really wet and all sinks are high so any smaller children cant reach and get soaked in the process. Entertainment was pretty boring and slow for the kids.

Everything about the site met our needs. We had a camping pod which was very clean and a good standard.

Pods were modern and spacious. Site was clean and well kept. Polite and helpful staff.

Booked for 2 nights-The camping pod was absolutely beautiful inside and out! We didn't imagine it to be so lovely especially for the price! Due to our car breaking down on the way there, and having to wait 7 hours for rac and then for a hire car, we arrived really late so missed out on the first night of entertainment and we missed out on the chance to do swimming as we went to the beach and local amusements. But the entertainment on the second night was amazing, my 4 year old loved the kids club, and myself and my partner enjoyed the evening entertainment!

We stayed in a pod, was a lovely experience our first time in a pod we would love to do it again. The park Golden Sands was so clean and the staff went out of their way to help. The shower block was clean and the showers hot which was great. The park was definitely dog friendly and there was large open spaces for the kids to run and play. We loved our stay
