Disliked: The pool could have been cleaner, not sure if it was just the timing of when we swam, but we both found some hair floating around so we swam in the sea for the rest of our stay

Liked: La estancia en general estuvo muy bien. La ubicación genial para ir a la playa, a PortAventura, Tarragona, Salou…, cerca de supermercados. Relación calidad precio buena. Trabajadores amables, animaciones de tarde y noche muy chulas. Limpieza general muy bien.

Liked: Un camping de 10! Aparte de las instalaciones, destaca la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Mucha predisposición para ayudar. La limpieza es excelente. Zonas comunes de duchas y baños impecables. Y el personal del bar/restaurante, fantástico! Con una sonrisa siempre y un trato excelente. No podríamos estar más contentos con la elección.

Liked: Camping z dużą ilością atrakcji i udogodnień. Czyste sanitariaty, sprzątane pare razy dziennie. Parcele zacienione i odgrodzone z każdej strony żywopłotem przez co jest dużo prywatności. Na campingu - sklep wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne produktu, myjnia samoobsługowa, korty do tenisa i boisko do piłki nożnej oraz koszykówki, basen ze zjeżdżalniami oraz dużą ilością leżaków jak i również miejscem do rozłożenia się na trawie, restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem w bardzo dobrych cenach. Codziennie wieczorem ‚imprezy’ przy restauracji. Personel na całym campingu bardzo miły i pomocny (pomijając fakt, że większość nie mówiła po angielsku). Bardzo blisko do plaży i morza. Polecam :)

Disliked: Największym minusem campingu było to, że animatorzy prowadzili wszystkie atrakcje tylko i wyłącznie po hiszpańsku przez co nasze dzieci z większości zajęć nie korzystały bo nie rozumiały animatorów. (Myślałam, że standardem jest, że jeśli w recepcji mówi się w tylu językach to i na terenie całego campingu będzie się można porozumieć z pracownikami chociaż po angielsku - niestety tak jak animatorzy tak i większość pracowników restauracji i sklepu nie mówiło po angielsku). Kolejnym minusem jest rozlokowanie podróżujących. Dostaliśmy parcelę pomiędzy rodziną z dwójka dzieci, które całe dnie krzyczały i płakały a grupką imprezowiczów. I wiem, ze to nie do końca jest wina campingu aczkolwiek można by zrobić strefy dla rodzin z dziećmi, dla osób wolących ciszę itd. tak jak na niektórych campingach. Niedogodnością było również to, że nie można było wyjechać z campingu wcześniej niż o 8 rano bo ochrona stwierdziła, że trzeba czekać aż recepcja rozpocznie pracę (pomimo, że Pan ochroniarz i tak ręcznie otwierał tą bramę autom przyjeżdżającym). Zaplanowaliśmy sobie wycieczkę i chcieliśmy wyjechać jak najwcześniej niestety musieliśmy stać pod bramą i czekać do 8.

From the manager: Dear Adrianna, We want to thank the time you used in giving us your opinion, and rating our services. in order to give you the mos t acurate answers, we will follow the same order: Concerning the languges spoken by the staff, specially the entertainment team, we will improve it for next season, as it is a very important service in which we empazise to make families spend the best time on holidays. So make sure it will change for futures seasons. About the bungalow distribution, nearly all of our guests, are families travelling on holidays, and if in any case, they do not respect the resting times from 00:00 and 08:00, our security team will make sure to keep all in calm. So for next visits, do not hesitate contacting reception any time to report a family being noisier as it should be. Finally, the timeable of the opening and closing hours of the main door, is announced both in reception and in the main door, so during regisration or in any time leaving or entering the camping, it is shown, to inform guests on this rule. For other times, if announced, you can leave the car parked in front of the main entrance, as there a free parking places, and leave eralier, just coming to the main door walking, so respecting the resting time between 00:00 and 08:00.
