Disliked: A szomszédban a teniszpályán este 23:45 kor még játszottak és nagyon hangosan kiabáltak, pihenni és aludni képtelenség volt.

Liked: Sanitär sauber. Pool ok.

Disliked: Strom zu schwach. Immer wieder Störung. Angeblich wegen Kaffeemaschine. Weg dorthin katastrophal mit Wohnmobil. Personal gefragt wegen Stromanschluss. Keiner gekommen. Schade.

Liked: Location to the lovely village

Disliked: The owners were having a private pool party during our stay. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to using the pool after a day out cycling. This was not highlighted on the web site when I booked. Loud music till 11pm ish. Toilet block very basic. Had to pay extra for shower. I was not aware of this when I booked.

From the manager: Buonasera, il pool party non era un evento privato, ma un evento organizzato per i camperisti. Mi dispiace che il pagamento delle doccia sia stato una sorpresa, sul sito c’è scritto ed è specificato. La foto del Wc rotto è stata evidentemente scattata appena uno dei camperisti lo ha rotto, perché il giorno seguente il servizio di pulizie lo ha fatto presente. Siamo umani anche noi e non sorvegliamo 24 ore al giorno il wc, il servizio di pulizie viene tutti i giorni. Se c’è gente maleducata non è colpa nostra, ci impegniamo a fare del nostro meglio per far sì che tutto vada bene.

Liked: Pitch size was excellent. Check-in was quick and easy. Shower and toilet facilities were clean. Showers were warm! The Paddle Tennis Club Bar was especially nice with excellent service & tapas. Quiet site. Excellent location for cycling the Cipressa and Poggio.

Disliked: Pool didnt appear to be open, neither was the bar. But that was ok as we went to the Paddle Tennis bar.

From the manager: Buongiorno, ci dispiace del punteggio basso che ci ha dato. La piscina è aperta nei mesi estivi, come specificato sul sito, mi dispiace che abbiate messo la sua chiusura tra le cose negative. Stiamo facendo dei lavori al bar e quindi spesso ci siamo dovuti allontanare dalla reception ma siamo sempre stati in campeggio e facilmente raggiungibili. Le strutture o attività presenti in campeggio sono quelle elencate sul sito, mi dispiace abbiate messo anche questo tra le cose negative perché era già tutto specificato sul sito. Cercheremo comunque di migliorare

Local attractions

Start with a wander through the medieval streets of Santo Stefano al Mare, visiting the Museo Relitto Romano before heading down to the harbour to see the traditional fishing boats and find local restaurants. Boat rentals and windsurf kit hire are among the amenities to help you get out on the water if you want to. A bike ride (or a walk) along the Pista Ciclabile della Riviera dei Fiori is a good way to see some of the coastline up close, or you could head straight to either Sanremo, to wander through the historic La Pigna district, or Imperia, to visit the eccentric Villa Grock and find whale-watching tours. Both are about 20 minutes’ drive away. Elsewhere nearby, you could stop by at Bussana Vecchia (20 minutes' drive) to see a former ghost town brought back to life as an artists’ village, visit Dolceacqua’s Castello de Doria and other intriguing architecture (50 minutes).

Booking terms and conditions

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 11 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

Firearms are not permitted.

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Hired accommodation

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Reception

Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 01/01 and 04/11.

Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.

Vehicles

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Taxes

This area is not subject to city tax.

Admission

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Units will be allocated on arrival.

Additional terms

From 01 June to 15 September, access to the pool is included for touring pitches and for those staying in the cabin. For those staying in the cabin, in addition to access to the swimming pool, there is an umbrella with two sunbeds too; for tent pitches, access to the swimming pool is not included and costs €3 per day.
