Liked Der Stellplatz ist sehr idyllisch und sehr gut zur archäologischen Ausgrabungsstätte gelegen.
Die Kommunikation war super. Wir wurden direkt per WhatsApp, mit Informationen zur Route etc., kontaktiert.
Die sanitären Anlagen waren gut und wurden regelmäßig gereinigt.

Liked Sehr schöner Platz mit tollem Blick auf den Vesuv. Sanitär sehr sauber. Archäologischen Ausgrabungen und Trip zum Vesuv mit Bus und/ oder Bahn erreichbar. Personal inkl. Chef freundlich. Es lohnt sich wiederzukommen

Liked Siamo passati per questo incantevole campeggio , tranquillo ,pulito e accogliente , consigliatissiimo per tutta la famiglia ! Il campeggio si trova a cinque minuti dalla stazione , quindi raggiungibile a piedi .

Liked A place with a soul!! A wonderful camping at the outskirts of Pompei, with everything one may need: quietness, lot of shady places for tents , nice places for campers, large parking , clean toillets ans showers, kitchen and laundry facilities. Nice view to the Vesuvio!
A more than decent breakfast for a very decent price( 7E/ person) A good start for good day with so many places to visit. Not so far from th Pompei antiq site , 2km on foot to the railway station. Quick acces from / to the highway. Thete is a water fountain in the camp with the best drinking water we've drunk,better than the bottled one.
Did not have problems with ants as written in previous reviews.
It would not be complete if I didn't write about camping manager, Mr Pasquale!!
He is a very welcoming, responsive and responsible person,ready to give his support and advices to the guests.. More like a friend than mannger.. He is the SOUL of this place!!

Local attractions

The Archaeological Park of Pompeii is known for the colourful frescoes of the Villa dei Misteri, the well-preserved mosaics of the House of the Faun and assorted temples. The vast site, which was buried by lava and burning ash spewing out of Vesuvius in 79 AD, also includes the Antiquarium Museum, displaying artefacts unearthed at the site. Built in the late 19th century, the vast Santuario della Beata Vergine Maria del Santo Rosario di Pompei (five minutes’ drive) can hold more than 2,000 people in its richly decorated interior dominated by a gilded organ. Exhibits in the Diocesan Museum include votive offerings. If you fancy a hike (or if you want to see up close what led to the destruction of Pompeii), Vesuvio National Park (25 minutes) has a network of trails, including one crossing the ominously named Valley of Hell. Keep your eyes peeled for foxes and bats, plus peregrine falcons and marsh harriers.
