Between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees? What a clever locale is this. Camping Les Pins is right in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales commune of Argelès-sur-Mer, an old and highly traditional Catalan village surrounded by splendid scenery and nature: come here to hike in the mountains, swim in the sea, or simply laze by the pool with a sangria...
Les Pins is a family-owned site with a family-friendly feel set in a wood and 300 metres from the sea. It has an an aqua park with pool, waterslides, paddling pool, a Jacuzzi and a solarium with deckchairs.
Entertainment and activities for kids as well as family evening entertainment is laid on in high season.

Perpignan train station - 24km. Change here for trains to Argèles-sur-Mer.
By car
On the A9 take Exit 42 and follow directions for Argelès-sur-Mer on the D914 or take the D900 to Perpignan and then continue on the D914.
From Spain
Take the N11 and then the A9. Take Exit 43 and follow the directions for Argèles-sur-Mer. Alternatively from the D914 follow the directions for Cerbère and then Argèles-sur-Mer.

Local attractions
Over two kilometres of sandy beach await just 300 metres from Camping Les Pins and other Argelès-sur-Mer sands are within easy reach, including the resort's main beach with the Bois des Pins pine forest.
Argelès-sur-Mer village is filled with many historical sites like its several churches, the Castle of Valmy and the museum of the Casa de l'Albera; it's also a popular place for its restaurants and summer festivals and has two national nature reserves. The town has 'handiplage' status for its excellent facilities for disabled people.
The village is also only a short drive from the Spanish border for those who want to hop over for the day.
