Add your business detailsCamping Aire Naturelle TerreFerme is a small family-friendly campsite easy accessible from the A39, between Dijon and Lyon. The campsite is the ideal base to discover the regions of Jura and Burgundy, with the natural settings, small traditional villages and good wine.
Families with children will particularly enjoy meeting Mozart the mule, who is particularly social when customers bring him carrots. Chickens, geese and ducks can also be seen holidaying at the site. Some of the pitches are located near the playground so that parents can comfortably keep an eye on their children.
Guests can pre-order bread in reception and during high season, Matthijs the owner will often be found in his converted Citroën HY frying delicious fries or preparing home-made pizzas for the theme nights.
On-site facilities also include a toilet and shower block with outdoor washing-up area, a chemical disposal point and a communal fridge. There is also a washing machine.

For a bit of culture, head to the Bourg-en-Bresse and visit the Brou monastery. You can also visit the cathedral in Chalon, the Germolles and Sully castles or the Château de Rully overlooking the vineyards. Discover the wine production of the region and explore the wine trails by bike or booking a tour. There is plenty of hiking and cycling to do through the surrounding countryside. Natural wonders include the Jura waterfalls and the rocks of Vengisson. Birdwatchers can take their binoculars to the Villars-les-Dombes Bird Park.
If food is your thing, you must visit Louhans with the biggest market in France specialised in game meat.
