Liked: Staff very helpful, telephone manner s very good, leaving instructions for our late arrival in an envelope.

Disliked: The motor home pitch was under a tree, leaving a mess to clean up, shower cubicles had a nasty odor. The pitch numbers were hidden within the bushes undergrowth

Liked: We really liked the pitch sizes, shower/toilet facilities were kept clean & reception staff were friendly & very helpful.

Liked: Friendly staff; large bar; conveniently located to Avranches, Lidl and Mont St-Michel; clean showers and toilets; animals were very cute; free WiFi.

Disliked: The showers were all absolutely freezing; charging the same price for both the washing and drying; pitches were muddy and wet.

Disliked: No hot water, site somewhat run down, nothing to do unless you took the motorhome out. Shop at reception not stocked. No electric first night

Local attractions

Tick Mont Saint-Michel (10 minutes’ drive) off the bucket list with a tour of the medieval pilgrimage abbey topping the tiny islet, a stroll on the Chemin des Remparts walkway around the walls, and a wander in the cliffside Jardins de la Croix de Jérusalem. Check out the model boats in the Musée de la Mer et de l’Écologie, or watch the multimedia show on the abbey’s construction at Archéoscope. To up the ‘wow’ factor of your visit, take a pony-and-trap ride across the causeway to the island, and linger in the evening to watch the sound-and-light extravaganza showcasing its history. Turn to Brittany to explore the walled Intra-Muros old town in Saint-Malo (50 minutes), have a look around the landmark Cathédrale Saint-Vincent de Saint-Malo and chill on the Grande Plage. Round off the day by ordering a ham-and-cheese pancake in one of the town’s famed crêperies. In Dinard (45 minutes), set the kids to building sandcastles on Plage de l’Écluse, make time for a pamper in one of the spas, and have an evening wander along the seafront Clair de Lune promenade to see the sunset.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Hired accommodation

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/05 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Dogs

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.
