Just arrived in the Ardennes? Settle down at Ardenne Camping, a fab family-friendly site located in a peaceful riverside location, and you should soon feel right at home. The site's large pitches are spaced out in a green environment that's just right for families, couples and kids coming here in search of peace and quiet. Ardenne Camping's facilities are well maintained and will allow you to feel settled in no time, with handy amenities including a well-kept play area for younger guests and a modern bathroom block with disabled access. This laidback site allows dogs to come and join you (please keep them on leads though), and barbecues are welcome if you fancy a little outdoor cook-out. Ardenne Camping is also within easy walking distance of a very pleasant riverside beach on the Ourthe river – showers, barbecues and a café are all available here, so it’s a great place to spend an afternoon. While it's surrounded by nature (including an on-site orchard full of local fruit trees), this handy little campsite is only a five-minute drive from the pretty little village of La Roche-en-Ardenne, a historic hotspot with a castle, attractive waterfront and handy amenities like supermarkets, restaurants and a tourist information centre.

Grand spot beside the river, with plenty of room on the pitches and spotless, modern facilities, especially the loos and showers. Staff are sound, dead peaceful, and the scenery is lovely. A few grumbles about Wi-Fi, paying for water, and wanting more facilities, but most folks would head back in a shot.

Liked Campsite was in a great location. Lots of hikes and next to a pretty little village with a couple of nice restaurants. Campsite was very tidy and staff very friendly. Toilets and showers super clean and modern. Great WiFi. Would definitely use again

Liked Excellent campsite, with great modern and clean facilities. Site was well maintained and in a beautiful location right on the river. Quiet and peaceful.

Liked What a lovely peaceful site!
Location is stunning the river runs down the side of the site and a lovely place to swim or just sit by, the Pitches were a great size, Facilities on site were amazing and the staff were great and helpful...this was our first time in Belgium and will most definitely not be our last!! And We will definitely be coming back to Ardenne Camping.

Site is close (5 min walk) from the pretty little village of Maboge and 10 mins drive to La Roche en Ardennes which again is a lovely place to visit.
30 mins from Bastogne with it's shops and of course WW2 museums.

If you're in the area and interested in WW2 museums and locations we have to recommend the Manhay History 44 Museum, what an amazing museum with fantastic dioramas and artifacts!! Much quieter than the better known locations but it's a must for anyone into their WW2 history.

Liked Lovely site. Well laid out, plenty of information available. Reception was very welcoming and friendly and even took an order for some fresh bread for the following morning. Nice flat pitches so didn’t need our levelling blocks. Water was from a tap adjacent to the main block. Hook up was on each pitch. The toilet and washing up block was spotless and the showers were also very clean and spacious. 10min drive into La Roche which was a lovely day out and sample some local food along with a trip to see the castle. Will be going back again.

Liked Beautiful location next to the river; so peaceful and lots of wildlife to spot. Facilities are amazing and spotlessly clean. We only stayed for a couple of nights in a tent whilst on a road trip with our 10 and 11 year old, but they loved it too and we’ll definitely be back.
