What customers say
Lovely shepherd's huts with great views near the beach and Tenby. Friendly staff noted. However, some huts needed attention with cleanliness and maintenance, bedding and hygiene issues were mentioned. WiFi reliability was a concern for some.

Pearl shepherd's hut
Liked I stayed here for 5 nights with my teenage daughter and granddaughter. We had a lovely time. Our hut was the Pearl we were next door to the toilet. The Internet, we were given 2 codes 1 didn't work but the man was very helpful and gave us a second code that did. The grill i couldn't work but again the man came and showed me how to light it. The hut is basic but was perfect for us has everything you need . The views are beautiful. This hut is meant to be for 5 people but definitely not. It worked well for us 3. Bedding all clean.

Disliked Booked this site for bank holiday weekend in a shepherd's hut
Was arriving late on the Friday due to work & traffic due to bank Holiday. Phoned ahead to explain we would be arriving past 6pm as it stated to call if arriving after that time. Gentlemen who answered the phone were very rude and we asked if it was OK. we were arriving at 7.30pm, and his response was well it will have to be and hung the phone up." On arriving, the welcome was very blunt.
Checked in unpacked and went to sleep. On the Saturday we had no running water the site manager was living in a caravan next to us went over and said we have no water to him saying youve got to fill the water tank yourself okay fair enough thanks. The Saturday evening, our sink blocked was told again by the site manager that you've got to empty your waste yourself, okay, fair enough. Saturday evening 6.30 pm was shouted to from across the green turn your music down its loud it wasn't loud atall but we turned it down however other people had very loud music and nothing was said. Sunday was the told to move my car from where I was told to park. The fridge absolutely stuck it didn't work we spent £70 on food which all went off as the fridge wasn't cold so had to be thrown out the kettle didn't finish a boil just kept going and going the cooker took 1 hour to cook some bacon. The caravan next to us, which was the site manager, had friends over to stay, which were using absolutely horrendous language. Well had kids with us aged from 1 to 13. Looked over a few times but still was swearing. We felt like we were being watched all weekend by them all. Nobody was friendly when passing (staff). The communal facilities were awful absolutely filthy. Showers were hot, but the smell from them was awful. There was a mop bucket there to mop up after a shower but was black, no toilet rolls in the toilets, and nothing to clean with. We ran out of bin bags. Only 1 was left, so we asked if we could have another to be told to wait. 5. We paid £280 for this little stay away and I wouldnt pay £10 to stay here.
Overall the place is close to tenby town.

Lovely quiet site, no noise on a night, short walk to the beach
Cove shepherd's hut
Liked Location, facilities, cleanliness. Approx 30 mins walk to Tenby along the beach. Helpful staff.
Disliked Not overly child friendly, other than the beach there is nothing on site or walking distance for children.

Cove shepherd's hut
Liked The view from the shepherds hut was beautiful. It was so relaxing sitting out on the decking. It was great that a picnic bench and bbq was available. The bedding was clean and comfy. The train station and beach were such a short walk away.

Pearl shepherd's hut
Liked The location is great, and the idea of the hut is really cool.
Beautiful views — on a clear day, you can see the beach. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and around half an hour, maybe 40 minutes, to the city center.
The hut was well-equipped.
We arrived earlier than planned, and everything was ready.
Disliked The hut was well-equipped and organized, but neglected.
The floor smelled like urine, and the panels were lifting because they were so soaked with who knows what.
The bedding didn’t look like it had been changed, and the sheet was dirty and smelled bad.
My husband went to the reception to ask for new bedding, and the man there laughed in his face, saying he had checked everything and saw no issues. Absolutely disgraceful!
There was only cold water in the hut, and it wasn’t safe to drink.
Wi-Fi was paid and could only be purchased via PayPal — and only for one device.
Would I go back? Definitely NOT!

Cove shepherd's hut
Liked Great stay in 'The Cove'. Accommodation had everything you could need and had good storage space too. The fold out bed was comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds. Staff were friendly and the site was quiet and we were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the shared toilets and showers.

Liked Location. Friendly staff
Disliked Hut wasn’t cleaned or beds changed upon arrival at 16:45. Cleaned very quickly when team arrived. Only stayed 1 of the 2 nights as got covered in bites. Tele didn’t work. Gas hob wouldn’t light. Dated and damaged throughout. Wasn’t provided with WiFi codes.

Coral shepherd's hut
Liked Personally we loved the place, just me and my 2 lads (10 & 12), staff was friendly, we loved the hut, nice veiw, was clean, nice quiet relaxed site and in an amazing place, we only had a 2 night stay but we went to Pembroke Castle before checking in (only 20 min away) walked to the beach (took about 10 min) after check in, visited ritec Valley quads in the morning (about 20 min away) went to heatherton park after that, had a nice explore around the lovely town and nipped into tenby then went to oakwood the following morning (just 20 min away) the huts are small but cute, we loved it, toilet and hot shower facilities right next to us, we took our own optigrill and cooked on the decking, given the location and facilities it's fairly priced and a lot of fun, beats dealing with the rigmarole of carting around and setting up tents for camping, a lot comfier and a damm sight cheaper than renting a caravan especially given the location, will hopefully return for another adventure soon 👍🏼
Disliked Going home, wish I was still there, the drive back was beautiful lots of scenery and twisty roads but over 4 hours driving after a day in a theme park takes it out of you 🤣
